Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

All CameraPromo.com products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, CameraPromo.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on CameraPromo.com. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to CameraPromo.com arising from any product sold on the CameraPromo.com shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall CameraPromo.com, its Managers, Directors, Officers, Employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

RETURN POLICY:

Request for "Return for Refund" must be made within 14 days of the day your package was delivered to your shipping address.
All Returns for Refund will incur a Restocking Fee of 15% of the total invoice amount, the original shipping, handling and insurance fees are not refundable. {Please see Return for Refund Exceptions below}
Partial returns as well as breaking up a promotional package are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the value of the items being returned. {Please see Return for Refund Exceptions below}


Refused packages returned without prior approval will incur a Restocking Fee of 15% of the total invoice amount, the original shipping, handling and insurance fees are not refundable.



Orders canceled after being process or shipped {But Prior to being delivered} will be refunded less the shipping and handling fees, once the package is received.



Packages deemed not deliverable that is subsequently returned will be refunded less the shipping and handling fees, once the package is received. **

Warranty Repairs:
All merchandise comes with a Manufactures warranty. {We are not a manufacturer}.
After 30 days any defective issues is covered by the respective manufacturers warranty.

Return for Refund Exceptions:
The following exceptions must be adhered to or your return for refund will be denied.

1. Any items that have been registered with the manufacturer, or Special Order Items are not returnable for refund or exchange.
2. Any items that shows any signs of usage / abuse / damage or are missing any accessories.
3. If the item is missing any Software / Manuals or warranty cards, or if they are marked or used.
4. You must include the Manufacturer's box for all items in unmarked and undamaged condition.
5. Returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in the original Manufacturer's Box.
6. Any additional accessories included with your order whose sealed package has been opened, cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless item is defective, for which we will provide a functioning replacement only.

Returns missing any items will either be refused or be subject to additional charges over and above the stated restocking fees.

Restocking Fees are not Refundable, transferable and cannot be used for credit toward any purchase.

No Return will be considered without a confirmed receipt of the merchandise by us, therefore an RMA # provided for a return in of itself is not a guarantee of a return.

For Missing or lost Shipments:
Simply Email: @ CameraPromo.cs@Gmail.com and provide your Name, Contact Number and you Must Provide your Order Number. (Order Numbers are eight digits and Start with a 510xxxxx. the are on your invoice 1/4 of the way down below your billing address)
You will be contacted with information regarding the Lost Shipment.

You must fill out a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization form) in order to process any returns or exchanges, and Fill out all required information (Name) (Order#) (etc) and either Email the signed form to CameraPromo.cs@Gmail.com or fax it to: (347) 462-9296.

Once we receive a signed copy of the correctly filled out form, you will receive an email with a RMA label Containing your RMA Number with instructions for returning your product. You will need to affix the RMA Label to the outside of the box you will be returning.

Important Note:
All orders are subject to final approval by the order verification dept.

limited to tax and shipping, which you will be informed of prior to billing.
The charges at this point may not be final, Depending on your location you will be
charged an insurance rate. No additional charges will be added to your order without prior notification and approval by the verification department.
You will receive your final statement (invoice) with the arrival of your package.

The reason that we can offer such low prices is because we are a direct wholesaler.
For this reason some items offered on our website may not come with the retail display box and may be packaged (boxed) differently, this all depends on the manufacturer, this is the only way a company is allowed to sell below the MSRP value.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, quantities available or product information received from our suppliers on CameraPromo.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders, placed for product listed at the incorrect price or out-of-stock. CameraPromo.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, CameraPromo.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
